When you make that custom intake for that Caldina motor, you'll want a nice billet aluminum throttle body flange to put on there.
The flanges are machined with a 60mm bore from 1/2" thick 6061 T6 aluminum and threaded for 8m bolts with the stock bolt pattern.
We don't cut in the IAC port, but the flange is plenty thick to do so, just ask if you'd like it done.
