Our 2JZ GTE V-Band (Compact) shown with the new optional thermal management covering.

These are for the people looking at reducing under bonnet temps and protecting other items such as wiring and sensors from the exhaust manifold’s high heat.

These are rated at 1000°C manifold temp.

Installation Notes

Once thermal blanket has been used, it will become rigid due to the glass fibers and are not designed to be removed and reinstalled multiple times.

Thermal blankets are constructed with fire retardant material. However, if the fabric is contaminated with a flammable liquid such as fuel and oil, a fire can start and propagate on the thermal blanket.
